Kalmio
A booking platform for a therapy practice: clients pick a time, admins keep listings and therapist profiles current, and the two views never disagree.

Kalmio lets independent massage and physiotherapy practitioners take bookings online. Clients reserve a session in a few steps without an account; practitioners manage their services, availability and schedule from one dashboard.
Bookings still run on phone tag
Small practices take appointments by call and message. Clients wait for a reply, and the practitioner carries the admin: missed messages, double bookings, and no clear view of the week.

A guided flow, and a calendar that keeps itself in sync
The booking flow asks only for what a booking needs. On the other side, changing your availability updates the client-facing calendar straight away.

Three choices that shaped the product

One step at a time
The booking flow is broken into small, guided steps, so it never reads as a long form.

Decide before you commit
Each service shows its price, length and what's included up front, no surprises at checkout.

Quiet by design
Warm neutrals, wide margins and restrained type: the interface should feel like the treatment it books.
A working full-stack product
A public booking experience and a private practitioner dashboard, designed and built in React and Tailwind.
